About fitmfit

Health should never be the last thing on your list

fitmfit started with a simple realisation — one that most people come to sooner or later, usually the hard way.

Everyone is dealing with something — at work, at home, or within themselves. And in the middle of all of it, health is usually the first thing we put off.

We tell ourselves we'll start eating better or moving more once work slows down, once this deadline passes, once life feels a little less full. But that day rarely comes on its own. Most of us only turn our full attention to health once it starts to slip — when energy drops, when the body feels tired more often than not, and when that decline starts affecting our capacity to handle everything else: work, family, and our own peace of mind.

fitmfit exists to help people act before it gets to that point — with simple, practical changes to food and movement that fit into a real, busy life, not a perfect one. We've lived this struggle ourselves, which is why the plans we build are meant to be followed, not just admired.

What we stand for

Four ideas behind every program

01

Practical over perfect

A plan you'll actually follow on a hard week beats a perfect plan you abandon after ten days.

02

A structured plan, not a random one

Guidance is grounded in nutrition science and structured training methods — not random workouts or whatever's trending that week.

03

Coach as practitioner

We train, cook and eat by the same rules we coach — nothing asked of you that we don't do ourselves.

04

Built to last, not to sprint

Every plan is designed to survive travel, deadlines and family life — because that's when habits are actually tested.

"Fitness isn't a short-term sprint or a gym metric — it's the fuel for a vibrant, high-performing life."

After spending nearly two decades navigating the fast-paced corporate worlds of agribusiness and supply chain finance, Rahul realised firsthand how easy it is for health to take a backseat to career demands. His own journey toward peak health led him deep into the science of nutrition and physical conditioning, eventually inspiring him to become a certified fitness and nutrition coach with INFS. As an active runner, long-distance cyclist and strength training enthusiast, he believes in practicing what he coaches every single day. At fitmfit, he helps busy professionals bridge the gap between heavy work schedules and optimal health by focusing on practical nutrition, strategic meal timing, and sustainable movement that builds real-world strength and daily vitality.
